Apresentação
O projeto tem como objetivo produzir uma história em quadrinhos sobre blues. A sua base foram pesquisas sobre o início desse estilo musical, destacando a presença da cultura africana no cenário norte-americano do século XX. A linguagem dos quadrinhos foi feita levando-se em conta a análise de obras do gênero, buscando transmitir graficamente, ao público jovem e adulto, o valor de tal vertente musical e suas características.
O projeto pretende destacar também, o valor cultural da música negra durante esse período histórico e abordar um pouco do cotidiano afro-americano, questões sociais e raciais e, até mesmo, contos e lendas do folclore africano na sociedade dessa época.

Presentation
The projects objective is show in Comics format the history of Blues Music. It was constructed with research about the start of this kind of music, presenting the importance of african culture in US on XX.
The language of comics was done analising other arts, showing graphicly , for adults and young people, the value of Blues Music and its characteristics.
The project intend to show the powerfull of cultural black music during the history and talk about the cotidian of afro-american people, racism and social questions and tales about african people in society in that time.
